  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

Items that have been partially used, altered, or refilled are not eligible for return unless proven to be faulty on arrival.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.

  3. Our team will review your request and guide you through the return or replacement process.

Please do not send any items back without prior authorization, as unapproved returns may not be accepted.


3. Refund Options

Once your return is approved and the product is received in good condition, you may choose one of the following options:

  • Full refund to your original payment method.

  • Store credit for future purchases.

  • Replacement of the same or equivalent item.

Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after inspection and approval.


4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or refilled.

  • Custom orders or special promotional items.

  • Products returned without original packaging or proof of purchase.

We recommend carefully checking your order before opening the package.


5. Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Take clear photos of the packaging and product.

  • Email them to support@hprintup.site within 48 hours of delivery.
    We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible — at no extra cost to you.


6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before dispatch only. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled but may be eligible for return under the conditions mentioned above.


7. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect product), we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., wrong product ordered), shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
