  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Once your order is ready to ship, you’ll receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking information.

  • In rare cases, processing may take longer due to stock verification or quality checks.

We carefully inspect every remanufactured ink cartridge before dispatch to maintain our quality standards.


2. Estimated Delivery Times

Our standard delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Metro Cities (India): 3–5 business days

  • Other Regions (India): 5–7 business days

  • International (UK and other countries): 7–12 business days

Please note: Delivery times may vary based on your location, courier service, and public holidays. We work closely with our shipping partners to ensure timely delivery of all orders.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping may be offered during special promotions or for orders above a specified amount.

  • For other orders, shipping fees are calculated based on location, order weight, and courier rates and displayed at checkout.

  • Any applicable customs duties or import taxes for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.


4. Order Tracking

After your order has been dispatched:

  • You’ll receive a tracking number and courier link via email or SMS.

  • You can also track your shipment on our website’s “Track My Order” section using your order ID.

  • If you haven’t received your tracking details within 48 hours of placing the order, please contact our support team.


5. Delays or Delivery Issues

We strive to meet all delivery timelines. However, unforeseen circumstances (like extreme weather, courier delays, or regional restrictions) may occasionally affect shipment times.

If your order is delayed or hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, please contact us at support@hprintup.site. We’ll coordinate with the courier and keep you updated until your order reaches you.


6. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged package or find an item missing:

  • Please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos and your order details to support@hprintup.site.
    We’ll promptly investigate and offer a replacement or refund according to our Return Policy.


7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are correct at checkout.
We cannot modify shipping details once an order has been dispatched.
If an incorrect address causes a failed delivery, the customer may be responsible for reshipping charges.


8. International Deliveries

We currently ship to India, the UK, and selected international locations.

  • Customs duties, import taxes, or additional regional fees (if any) will be the customer’s responsibility.

  • Delivery times for international orders may vary based on local customs processes and courier operations.
