1. Warranty Coverage

Our products come with a standard replacement warranty that covers:

2. Warranty Duration

All products are covered by a 90-day limited warranty starting from the date of delivery.
During this period, if you face any performance-related issue, our support team will assist with a replacement, repair, or refund, as per the situation.


3. What the Warranty Does Not Cover

To maintain fairness and compliance, this warranty does not apply to:

  • Products damaged due to incorrect installation or mishandling

  • Cartridges that have been tampered with, refilled, or altered

  • Printer errors caused by firmware updates not related to the cartridge

  • Normal ink depletion through regular use


4. How to Claim Warranty
